This is a painting based on a baby picture of my friend JAN. At one of our linedance evening socials, dancers brought their baby pictures to grace the walls. I was captivated by Baby Jan the moment I saw her and expressed my desire to paint her. It's an image of life at its pureness and endless possibilities.
